convenient location riverside room fine view kind gesture

The location is convenient, a short walk to bars and restaurants. uber boats are accessible right outside the hotel. i received a complimentary upgrade to a riverside room for my husband's birthday. The view was fine. the staff provided complimentary champagne and birthday cake. It was a very kind gesture.

The gym had old machines that creaked. it's one of the dirtiest and most disgusting i have ever seen. I found this quite disappointing.

the room had a premier river king room. it had lovely fluffy towels also robes. i liked that breakfast was cooked to order instead of a buffet.

the hotel needs a refresh as the decor looks tired.

A Disappointing Room Service Experience

soggy burger missing ingredients

The location is quite good, particularly its proximity to the river.

My room service order was not great. The dirty burger I ordered was sitting in a pile of juice and was quite soggy. The pizza was missing key ingredients. The staff, when notified, seemed too casual about the error. I was not impressed with their solution or lack thereof.
